Our Terms and Conditions

• Hire agreements can only be made by persons 18 years and over.
• Tentative booking are held for 7 days without deposit.
• A non refundable deposit of 20% of total fee within 7 days of making the booking will confirm the booking.
• Full payment is due 14 days prior to the hire date by cash, electronic funds transfer, money order or cheque.
• Cancellations: 21days written notice prior to the hire date must be provided to cancel the hire agreement or the client may be liable for the full contract amount.
• Overtime extent will be at the discretion of the chauffeur to ensure it does not conflict with other commitments and is payable in cash on the day.
• Chauffeurs have the right to refuse entry to the vehicle of any individual deemed to be behaving inappropriately.
• Smoking is prohibited in our vehicles.
• No alcohol is to be consumed in the vehicle by persons under the age of 18 years.
• The consumption of food in the vehicle is prohibited unless the food is provided by Bunbury Executive Car Service.
• Seatbelts must be worn at all times whilst in the vehicle.
• Bunbury Executive Car Service accept no responsibility for any luggage or personal items lost, damaged or stolen whilst stored in the Vehicle.
• If there is an unforeseen circumstance before or during the Booking, Bunbury Executive Car Service will provide you with a substitute vehicle or another mode of transportation. The substitute vehicle or other mode of transportation does not have to be the same standard as the original vehicle booked.
• Should deliberate damage take place to the vehicle by you or your guests during the use of this vehicle: the loss of business and damage costs will be charged directly to you, the client.
• Bunbury Executive Car service do not accept any responsibility or liability either in contract or in tort for any injury, damage, loss, delay or additional expense caused by any circumstances which are directly or indirectly outside of our control.
